ROOM SELECTIONS
- Solo Rooms: Those wanting a single room select the Single Room option
- Couples/Groups: Those paying together select the appropriate number of travelers and proceed to complete.
- Roommates: Those paying separate and wish to have their own login and payment option need to select two individual bookings. The price is based on double occupancy.
- All payments must be received on SCHEDULED PAYMENT DUE DATE. A $40 late fee will be applied to any payment made after the due date. Additionally, a $15 fee will be added for each day the payment is late, up to 5 days. If payment is not received within 5 days, the client's trip may be canceled at the sole discretion of the Be Right Back Crew d/b/a Be Right Back Travel Group.

This fee goes to the agency and the remaining deposit is applied to your booking. Those not utilizing payment plan will be excluded from this fee. Deposits are as following: All room deposits are per person to reserve rooms. Rooms will not be fully secured until completion of 2 monthly payments

- Hotel Room ServiceAlthough food is all-inclusive, if you wish to order room service, you will incur a $6 per delivery fee.
- Travel/ActivitiesIf you plan to travel independently or book activities outside of the group's scheduled events, you will need to arrange and cover your own activity and transportation expenses.
